The Nordic Customer Service Team Leader will manage a team of up to 15 people and will have a minimum of two years’ experience in leading a bilingual customer support team. A proven track record of being able to react to escalating issues in a quick and effective manner would be a distinct advantage as would the ability to drive team performance to meet or exceed business targets. The Nordic Customer Service Team Leader will hold coaching sessions with agents under your supervision and attending management meetings will be commonplace.

Who are we looking for?
Previous experience of leading a team of Nordic Customer Service Representatives is a prerequisite as is knowledge of contact centres and how they operate. The Nordic Customer Service Team Leader will understand the importance of KPIs and will have relevant experience in implementing and improving these without instruction and possess excellent organisational and communications skills. You speak on of the following languages near native native Danish, Norwegian, Swedish or Finnish with fluent English.

Interview process and salary
The successful Nordic Client Services Team Leader candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of €35,000 to €50,000 dependent on experience plus benefits.
